A step beyond the prevalent corporate training formats that provide quick fixes to interpersonal friction, leadership gaps, or work stress - corporate workshops with Utsāham afford a much deeper dive.

Our current engagement model with corporates includes:

 

- stand-alone yoga workshops to build awareness about yoga practices

- recurring, weekly workshops to build competence. Under this model, we:

    - mentor and coach teams;

    - enable organizations to measure impact of yoga on individual and team performance; 

    - enable organizations to invest sustainably towards building holistic professionals, joyful work culture, and a profitable, creative enterprise. 

Key Offerings

Exhale Then Inhale

In this signature workshop, we use gentle movements to enable a freer flow of breath through the body. The inherent simplicity of movement is meant to enable the working individual to observe, practice, and learn subtle transitions of free breath.

 

Its outcome is a near immediate release of stress and an enhanced focus & mental clarity. In fact, its continued and conscious practice work is certain improve the body's immunity.

Yoga to De-stress

Performance psychology reveals three interesting insights about peak performers. One, that stress impacts performance. Two, ability to perform under stress is not a matter of talent, it is in fact a matter of mental training. And three, anybody can cultivate that ability.

Yoga to Destress for Corporates is our workshop to help professionals identify, manage, and remove stress. We dive into the tell-tale signs of stress, its patterns, and manifestations. And then into very practical ways of managing it at work in face of tight timelines and interpersonal conflicts. 

"We all had as much pleasure or rather ‘sukham’ as much as you had during your session. The best thing shoulder pain many of my colleagues including mine disappeared. It was full upper body exercise which is useful for the teachers."

Yoga for Teams

This unique workshop provides Yoga Mentorship to a team for a period of 2 months or more with an objective to:

  • build a culture of transparent and meaningful communication

  • equip teams with tools to strengthen team spirit and reduce stress

  • unblock interpersonal, mental, and physical deterrents to peak performance

Members of the team engage with our mentors in individual and group sessions. By being with each other as they delve past the layers of their life, teams open up the space for trust and safety. The space from where stem all great ideas, ownership towards a common vision, and synergy.
