Yoga for Individuals

Yoga is not a one-size-fits-all solution. It was never meant to be.

Yoga sciences offer a beautiful, vast landscape through which to understand and heal human lives. As a result, the practice curated for each individual almost always differs in some obvious and some not-so-obvious ways.

So, when an individual comes to us with a goal, our first step is to understand the need behind the goals, get to know their unique lives, and sources of pleasure and pain. Through findings of such conversations, we design a practice bespoke to the individual’s physical and psychological needs.

Yoga for Groups 

Groups that move together, heal together.

Our lives today plague us with some common ailments. Back aches, insomnia, obesity, stress – the list is long. We offer a series of Group Yoga Workshops targeted towards such issues. These workshops, of varying durations, are launched periodically in face-to-face and virtual format. Dates are announced on the website and our social media handles. We still do spend some time with our participants before the workshop to know their exclusive challenges and weave those into the workshop.

 

The energy of group yoga sessions works beautifully and powerfully to build greater acceptance among participants. The new as well as seasoned yoga practitioners stand to gain from each other's journey. 

Yoga Study

Studying ancient texts is not reserved for saints & scholars.

It's for you & me. For the curious & the keen. 

Yoga Study workshops are conducted with an individual or with small groups. In this format, we zoom in on a classical text like Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Yoga Rahasya, Yoga Makaranda and others.

 

These ancient texts are rife with wisdom and perspective that leave us truly transformed. Not in the way a social media blurb would. At much deeper level. They enable us to tie the knots of the genesis of yoga and its application today in the 21st century. Providing us with an anchor - as it were - of the true reason for practicing yoga. Studying them inspires us to stay true to the practices in all its authenticity and keep it alive within us.
